D4V was born out of a humanitarian response to the devastating 2015 floods in Chennai and Cuddalore.
What began as a group of dedicated volunteers working tirelessly in rescue and relief efforts soon evolved
into a committed social service organization. Founded by first-generation graduates and helping-minded individuals,
D4V is registered under the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975 (Registration No. 285/2016).
We collaborate with government agencies and like-minded organizations to uplift marginalized communities, focusing on social and economic
empowerment while staying true to our core values of compassion, fraternity, and social justice.
2015-ல் சென்னன மற்றும் கடலூர் ஆகிய மாவட்டங்களில் ஏற்பட்ட

என அரசு அங்கீகாரம் சபற்ற அனமப்பாக பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டது. ம ுதல் தனலமுனற பட்டதாரிகளால் துவக்கப்பட்ட
இந்த தன்னார்வ சதாண்டு அனமப்பானது வ ிளிம்பு நினல மக்களின் ெமூக, சபாருளாதார நினலனய மமம்படுத்த
மதனவயான எல்லாவிதமான முயற்சிகனள அரசு மற்றும் மதாழனம அனமப்புகளுடன் இனணந்து ெமகாதரத்துவத்துடனும்,
சமூக நீதியும் பின்பற்றி மமற்சகாண்டு வருகிறது .
D4V is a registered, apolitical, and non-religious independent non-profit
(NGO) under the Tamil Nadu Societies Act, 1975. Registration Number: 285/2016.
All contributions to D4V are exempt under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

elected through a general election held every three years in accordance with our by-laws.
